Base Lettings & Management Ltd was set up in 2009 by Company Director’s Steven Gilbert and Jonathan Lee.
Our principal objective is to position ourselves as market leaders by providing an outstanding level of service to both landlords and tenants. We boast a proven track record within the residential lettings industry, and aim to deliver a dynamic forward thinking approach, yet remain professional with utmost focus given to delivering the exacting service our clients require.
Steven Gilbert has a proven business background, commencing his career in the late 1980’s. Steven has been the Managing Director of a highly successful Lincoln based company since 1997. His passion with property commenced in 1994 when he became involved in property development, refurbishment and maintenance.
Our Lincoln office is headed up by Jonathan Lee, MNAEA, MARLA, APCS. Jonathan has been working within the property industry since 1997. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, the Association of Residential Letting Agents and an associate of the Property Consultants Society. He also holds the National Association of Estate Agents Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management together with a GNVQ Level 3 in Customer Service.
Having gained comprehensive and long term experience as both landlords and tenants ourselves, Base have deep rooted experience within all aspects of the lettings sector thus allowing us to completely understand the different requirements of our two principal client groups.
The Landlord(s) – Most importantly their property must be let swiftly, managed correctly and effectively. We must ensure at all time that their legal obligations are met and constantly maintained.
The Tenant(s) – They require all properties offered to be in a good order of repair, yet remaining affordable, safe and secure.
