Base Lettings & Management are delighted to announce the recent appointment of Miss Sophie Fletcher to the company. Sophie joins Base as Senior Lettings Negotiator, having worked previously for local letting agent Ian Peat for 3 years and built up an enviable client base.
Managing Director Jonathan Lee says ‘Having worked within the customer service industry for some 14 years, and with a strong local knowledge backed by her lettings and management knowledge, we feel that bringing Sophie on board will help to cement the exacting service levels our company strives to provide whilst assisting in our rapid business growth’.
‘I am delighted to have been invited to join Base’ Sophie says, ‘I have established some excellent contacts within the lettings and management industry and am keen to build on these. Base Lettings & Management are delighted to announce that we have been instructed to handle the letting and subsequent management of the former ‘Chequers Club’ on Monson Street, just off the busy Lincoln High Street.
The site is currently undergoing extensive redevelopment, and once complete will comprise 7 luxury apartments. It is hoped that the building works will be completed by late 2010/early 2011.

Base Lettings & Management are pleased to announce we have now added a fully liveried Ford Transit Connect van to our fleet.
This allows us to assist both landlords and tenants with any light removal and transportation requirements.

 Now in our 8th month of trading we have in excess of 100 ‘managed’ clients on board together with a number of regular and highly valued ‘letting only’ clients.
In order to cope with this level of business and assist with our continued growth we have recently appointed a new member of staff, and are delighted to announce that Brendon McGowan, SPCS has joined the company.
Brendon has a wealth of local knowledge, and brings with him 10 years experience in the property sector.
